The comparator circuit box performs real-time comparison of optical signals against a user-defined threshold and generates TTL outputs accordingly. It also offers direct TTL 1 and 0 outputs for controlling common lab instruments.
It is well-suited for Real-Time Precision Opto-Control (RPOC) applications, including biomolecular control, cell sorting, and integration with other modalities for real-time decision-making.
