  • Microscope frame (Olympus or similar)

  • 2D Laser scanning system

  • Transmission image acquisition and laser scanning image acquisition

  • Narrow-band laser

  • Advanced Spectrometer with EMCCD (Andor Kymera + Newton or similar)

  • Acquisition software, pinpoint laser spot control function (PyRPOC)

  • Submicron spatial resolution and micrometer axial resolution

  • Fiber or free-space signal coupling

Advanced, unified UI for spectral acquisition and galvo control. Spectra can be acquired at any location within the image simply by clicking the desired point with the mouse cursor.
